Gopro Hero5 black LCD bleibt schwarz [ New ]

Sehr geehrtes Support-Team,
ich habe das Problem, dass bei meiner Gopro das Display schwarz bleibt.

Die SD Karte wurde zwischen den SD und Akku slot gesteckt.

Ich kann alles machen, aber das Display ist schwarz.

Ich habe auch durch Quik ein neues Update aufgespielt (Version 2.70), bringt aber nichts.

Wie kann ich das Problem beheben.

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do that won't potentially damage the camera and also compromise the waterproofing.

When the SD mistakenly gets put into the space between the battery and SD slot the LCD connection gets dislodged.

Your best course of action is to contact the GoPro Support Team and they will give you your options.

Send back to gopro they will repair the riboon cable you disconnected by the insertion of the card. good luck.
