Gopro Hero 9 Wont Charge [ New ]

I bought a Hero 9, used as a webcam and to my surprise just turned off. couldn't get it on at all. Today I replaced it with another one, and the same thing is happening, it doesn't charge and powers off immediately. What's going on? Im getting my money back, such annoying experince.
