Gopro Hero 9 Black Schaltet sich von selber an [ New ]

Guten Tag,

Ich habe eine neue Gopro 9. Ich habe sie einmal geladen und mit einer 128GB micro SD XC I Speicherkarte versehen. Nach dem ersten Upload habe ich Sie das erstemal in betrieb genommen. ICh habe noch kein Foto oder Video aufgenommen sowie keine Einstellungen verändert. Die Kamera schaltet sich immer wieder von selbst an und ist dann ca. nach zwei Tagen komplett leer. Da ich nicht will das der Akku weiteren Schaden nimmt habe ich Sie nun nicht mehr geladen. 

Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn Sie mir einen Hinweis geben könnten, wo das Problem liegt.

Do you have the camera up to date?

If you haven't yet, please proceed with a manual update. See https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black

Can you also check if the same happens when the Wireless Connection is turned off?

Yes, everything is updated and not connected to the Smartphone. It turns on and off on its own so the battery runs out after two days...

@zippypike5288, make sure that the camera is completely turned off by pressing and holding the power button instead of pressing it once. It will also help to disable Wi-Fi connectivity when not in use. 

 
Additionally, performing a factory reset in the camera may help.
