@superboost31565, just to clarify, your HERO7 camera powers on but the touch display remains blank or black. Is this correct?

The touchscreen also works with no display,
A good example would be like using a windows laptop mousepad.

Please ensure that the SD card is not inserted between the SD card slot and the battery as this can put pressure on the back of the touch display.
