I have tried with different cables and different chargers/usb ports, but nothing works. It all started when i was normally using it, but then the camera refused to turn off. I removed the battery to turn it off and since then I haven't got it to power on again. Any advice?

Sorry for any troubles caused.
Have you tried taking the battery out then plugging the camera to a power source?
This will help us identify if the issue is on the battery/battery connectors or the unit itself.
If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team.

Hello @superstar025. Check if there is anything that could be preventing the battery to sit in correctly in the battery compartment. Removing the battery and putting it back in may have re-set it in place causing the camera to work again. In addition, re-flashing camera firmware will help clear out any possible error associated with the current installation. There are instructions under manual update below to guide you through the process.
- Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
- Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
- Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
- Click "Download Update."
- Click "Click here to download firmware."
- Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.
Make sure that the camera is fully charged and that the SD card is formatted prior to the update process. Save any footage that you have first prior to formatting the card as this would erase SD card contents. Feel free to post back for any other question or concern. Thanks!
