Gopro Hero 7 Black se congela, y no se apaga o graba.

Hola compre dos Gopro Hero 7 este año 2019, las dos me estan dando el siguiente problema, cuando comienzan a grabar, se congelan  ( quedan si hacer nada ), las trato de apagar y no me deja ninguna opcion para seguir usandolas, he tenido que sacar la bateria y ponerala para que funcionen, pense originalmente que talvez era el calor, o el uso, pero en si no tienen mas de 6 meses de haberlas comprado y a las dos les pasa lo mismo, el software esta update, las cuido bien, estan limpias, no entiend cual es el problema, las compre en Best Buy pero no les compre seguro, ya que tengo al Gorpo 5 y en 4 años nunca me ha dado problemas, entonces decidi no comprar el seguro, ahora Best Buy me dice que solo la fabrica me puede ayudar.    Alguna sugerencia.  Gracias...  Jose

Yo compré mi GoPro HERO 7 black hace tres semanas. Ayer y hoy me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Estaba haciendo Snorkel y se trabó la máquina. Tendría que haber sacado la batería, pero al estar en el agua no pude. Obviamente no pude filmar más nada. Encima se grabaron mal los últimos videos que hice cada vez que se trababa. 

Espero que me puedan ayudar.

El archivo del video es un cuadrado blanco que no contiene nada. Siempre se grabó así cuando estaba filmando y se congeló la pantalla. Quedó como un archivo dañado. Cuando pude sacar la batería y volver a prender la cámara funcionó un tiempo grabando otra vez videos hasta que nuevamente se trabó la pantalla y no pude ni siquiera apagar la cámara .

Buenas, tengo una Gopro Hero 7 black, está actualizada y las tarjetas SD cumplen sobradamente con los requisitos para grabar incluso en 4K, no obstante grabo en 2.7. Al grabar de vez en cuando se me bloquea la pantalla y no funciona ningún botón salvo el de encender y apagar que lo tengo que dejar pulsado unos 8 a 10 segundos para su reseteo. Por último en uno de esos bloqueos o congelamientos de pantalla se me vieron horizontalmente unas barras verdes en la parte baja de la pantalla, el uso que le doy es buceando y con su carcasa estanca por lo que tampoco cabe el que se caliente ya que con el agua no llega a altas temperaturas. Está en garantías y lo he llevado al servicio técnico dos veces, y no le encuentran nada. ¿Qué puedo hacer? ¿Cómo pueden ayudarme Gopro?. Gracias
