Gopro Hero 7 Black "no battery [ New ]

Hello,
I bought new gopro hero 7 black. I wanted to switch it on. I have putted a battery in a gopro, but I see "NO BATT" in a top right corner.

Please pull the bat out. place back in, then plug in the usb to a charger   1A or higher and allow at least 15 min to  charge, when complte  try again.

Are you using a battery with a blue cap or strip?

If you haven't yet, please try a manual update.

I had the same issue and I could not even update it because it said not enough battery life. I had also ordered off brand batteries for my camera and it would recognize only one of them lucky for me. I was able to then update the gopro and the issue is now resolved.

I am using fully black battery with a strip to pull. I've already updated my gopro and again.. nothing changed :/
