Gopro Hero 7 All lights on after shut down [ New ]

My new GoPro hero 7 Black turns on all the lights even after shutting down.  I turned off the Quick capture but still it turn on the red lights. 
Any suggestions on this issue. 
Is it because of another battery supplied with gopro Dual battery charger?

See if resetting the camera to itsfactory settings will sort out the issue. 

If not, please proceed with a manual software update. https://gopro.com/update/hero7-black

I Did a Factory Reset But Not Worked. Would Let you know if I will try to manual update. BTW I already did it before the problem arrived.. 
But would do it again. .

Re-flashing the software sorts out similar issues.
