Gopro Hero 6 Black no enciende [ New ]

Mi cámara Gopro Hero 6 Black no enciende. La bateria está 100% cargada y cuando intento encenderla no se puede. Compré una batería nueva y sigue sin encender. Todo fue derivado de la última actulización. Sólo enciende la cámara cuando la tenfo conectada al enchufe. Eliminé toda la información de la memoría e incluso reinicié las preferencias de fabrica y sigue sin encender. Qué debo hacer? Existen tiendas donde puedan revisarla? Gracias
