Gopro Hero 5 : Photo noire ? [ New ]

Bonsoir,

De puis un certain temps, lorsque je prend des photos en mode "coup par coup", certaines sont noires, on voit le sujet pris mais sont trés trés sombre ?

En mode rafale cela n'arrive jamais.

J'ai changé de carte sd, c'est toujours pareil, donc cela ne vient pas de la carte. Les batteries sont neuves.

@reacutegis57, when did this started from happening? Do you happen to change the settings such us Protune? For example, if you have Protune enabled and ISO limit is set to 100, the photo will eventually result to dark image. You may refer to this article for more information about Protune.

If this is something that has never happened before, and Protune was off when you took the photos with issues, you can try performing a factory reset on your camera.

Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras

@reacutegis57, I just want to get a better understanding on the situation, can you please tell me more about what you meant by "coup par coup" mode? Are you referring to the Photo Mode? Or Night Mode?

Il s'agit du mode photo, en one shot, en plein jour.

Ce phénomène de photo sombre arrive de temps en temps : Cela ne le fait pas toujours.
