Gopro Hero 4 Silver freeze

Desde que la compre en 2015 la he podido usar unas pocas veces ya que siempre funciono unos minutos hasta que empezaba a congelarse, al tiempo deje de usarla porque nunca funcionaba cuando la necesitaba. Hace unos dias intente volver a usarla y actualize el firmware pero ya se congelo definitivamente y no muestra ninguna imagen en la pantalla. Por lo que vi en internet es un problema usual en este modelo y la falla esta en el sensor CMOS, pero desde el servicio de atencion al cliente se limitaron a decirme que probablemente tenia razon pero ellos no podian hacer nada. Es una completa estafa esta marca. Jamas volvere a comprar algo de Gopro y me encargare de divulgar mi experiencia para que nadie caiga en el mismo error que yo cometi comprando esa camara.

I´ve allready done all the steps that the link you send my says, and nothing happend.

I´ve tried allso downdating firmware to a lower edition, I tried with 2.0, with 4.0, but nothing. I´ve seen in internet that the problem may be with the CMOS sensor, replacing it should fix the camera, if you could send me the replacement I can do it.

I´m addint to this message the chat I´ve had with gopro´s customer service.

Downgrading the firmware is not something that we recommend.

We do not have replacement parts for the HERO4 Silver.

The best path forward is to contact our Support Team. They are available by phone or chat.

OK so downgrading firmware is not remmended by you, upgrading does not solve de the problem, from the support team can´t help me, and you don´t have replacement parts of a product you sold a few years ago.

Then, Gopro is a complete disaster company that sells crap.

Thanks allot for taking my money and giving me an useless box.
