Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition green/blue artifacts and bad image when it gets warm

Hi, guys, I am having a problem with my GOPro hero 3 black edition. A while ago, when i tried to record a ski trip it started to turn the snow green and could not really process the white colour. I noticed that the image would only turn the snow green only after 3 or 4 minutes after the camera started working. When i tested it at home, i recorded 45 minutes straight and realized that in the first 3 or 4 minutos there was no problem at all, but then the image would turn slowly and some white/blue lines would star to appear. By the end of the video (40 minutes) the image would be with a lot of blue artifacts, blue stripes, etc, and the camera is really hot. Does anyone has ever had this problem? I think this might be the sensor overheating. Tried different batteries and different sd cards with no better results...

Re: Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition green/blue artifacts and bad image when it gets warm

Hi @joaor03,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with that camera. It may be an issue with the sensor if you are getting artifacts and green footage. I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly and getting them some sample footage to see what they can do. https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus

Best,

Ryan

You can see the problem in this link that i send below. If you notice, the image is green in a lot of spots and if I record something with the sun hitting the camera the image gets a LOT worse.
