Gopro HERO 5 Black not turning on.

please help me to solve my problem about my GoPro .. not turning on ..  my Gopro Hero 5 black .. are being exposed to sea and then when we try to check the device.. the water is in the battery.. and gopro not turning on again .. please help us to solve this problem.. thank and Godbless GoPro Team..
