Gopro 8 battery stopped working [ New ]

I purchased a gopro with a spare battery as an extra to the gopro luckily. because my original battery after about three light uses already stopped working. I tried everything the website told me but im sure its the battery not the camera because my spare battery works just fine. is there anyway i can replace my battery due to the fact that ive had it for all of about 1 month.
