Hi @adroitlift5128,

 

Please try this: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-s-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password

After that: Reset your camera to factory settings. 

 

Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and then unpair or remove your camera from the list of paired devices. 

Go to GoPro App and then unpair your camera. 

 

You should be able to pair it after that.

May I know what device are you using? @adroitlift5128

 

Is it a Windows or Mac?

Have you tried using other USB - C Cable?

@adroitlift5128, you can pair the GoPro camera with the GoPro App on your mobile device by following the instructions here: Pair Your Camera with the GoPro App
