Gopro 7 silver reboot problem
[ New ]Good afternoon. I bought a gopro 7 and started rebooting the program. The factory program restarts until the battery runs out. Gopro does not turn on. What should I do?

[ New ]Hello @fasthill6135. By any chance, were you doing the firmware update for the camera? Try charging the camera or connecting it to a power source - do you see any power indicator? If you do, attempt to manually update the camera following the steps below:
- Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
- Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
- Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
- Click "Download Update."
- Click "Click here to download firmware."
- Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.
It is important to use a formatted, recommended SD card in the camera to keep it working smoothly. There is a list at https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308 for your reference.
If the camera does not power on at all, let our Support team know so they can walk you through the next steps. To connect with Support, visit https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs and fill out the form with the needed details. Once done, select "Contact Us" and proceed with either chat or a callback request.
