I bought a lot of gopro’s started with the Hero (3, 5 and 6 and a session) and now I have a 7 and a 8. I bought a 8 because my 7 freezing a lot off times bit its workable.
Last week I bought a 8 black because the 7 freezing to Much. I also make me a member of gopro plus.
Whats happend om my first holiday day in the pool the hole gopro filled iPad with water.
Now iam verry disapointed. Please can somebody help me. I Cannot make contact with gopro.

Are you saying that your camera got water damaged?
So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO7 Black is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing.
While water damage is usually not covered by the warranty, let our Support Team take a look at what happened.

All the Doors where closed. It was my first swimmingpool action with my New Gopro 8.
First hè gave a error and afther that hè was going off.
When I look at the camera there was water By the lens. And water at the front display. When put out the battery there was also water.
When I reed the forums iam not the first one.
Please can you help me.

It would be best if you'll be using Google Chrome.
If customer support from your Country is close you can also contact GoPro US customer support.
On the upper right hand corner of GoPro's website there is a globe icon.
Click on the globe icon then choose English US.
You should be able to contact them.
