Gopro 6 non visualizza foto su W10

Ho scaricato su PC le foto e i video. I video si vedono le foto sono tutte nere.

How did you download the photos and videos to your computer? Was it through Quik for desktop? If so, which version do you have installed, and what is the operating system of the computer that you are using? Also, is the black screen true for all the photos and videos? Have you been able to try viewing the files through a mobile device through GoPro App? Does it give you a black screen as well? 

 

A little bit more information will help us further understand the issue and help you better. Hope to hear back from you.

Ho copiato le foto e i video da 'esplora risorse'. dalla Gopro a una cartella sul pc (Windows 10). Ho fatto importa contenuti da Gopro quik, i video si vedono a scatti, le foto sono tutte nere.

Se vado direttamente da esplora risorse le foto sono tutte nere, i video si vedono bene da windows media player.

I see, @cirojw. It is odd that even your computer would show black photos as well, that is, even out of the Quik for desktop app. Are the photos and videos accessible/viewed through the camera itself? What about via GoPro App on a mobile device? Try uninstalling and re-installing the Quik for desktop app to ensure that you have the latest version. Then see if the issue is cleared out. Ciao, le ho provate tutte, sulla gopro le foto si vedono, sul pc no. Inoltre il gopro quick quando mi chiede di importare si blocca.

Thank you for the reply, @cirojw. Quik for desktop crashing mostly occurs in computers running multiple graphics cards. See if this is the case by going through the steps to fix detailed in the article below:
