Gopro 5 [ New ]

My gopro will turn on and start recording. But everything else is froze. If i try to stop recording or change the mode it just shuts off. I updated it. Still keeps shutting off and wont go into any other mode except record. Plese help! This is very frustrating. I have only use it 2 times and its always glitchy and has problems.

Please see if resetting the camera will work.  Reset Camera Settings
If it's still the same, proceed with a manual software update. https://gopro.com/update/
