Hello @szymonster. Is this the first time that the phone and the camera are being paired? If not, make sure to reset connections first.
Reset the camera following the steps below:
- Hold down the Shutter (S) button.
- Press the Power (P) button while holding the Shutter button.
- When the camera powers on, it will be set to all of the factory default.
On your phone, choose forget on the camera from the list of Wi-Fi networks, and remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices then re-pair.
Make sure you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed.
