If I try to connect via the wifi app, it connects for a few seconds then disconnects. I have removed the sd card to check it and everything is fine. The last movie (taken during the crash) finishes about 5 seconds becore the crash.
If I connect via USB, it does the same and keeps connecying ans disconnecting.
Have I killed it?

Thanks for the speedy reply!I cant seem to find anyone to chat to on the support page.
If I hold the shoot button for 10 seconds, i can then press the wifi button and switch on the wifi which allows me to connect via the app. Once there, no picture is shown from the camera. The app stays connected for maybe 30 seconds before the camera switches off its wifi and goes back into the constant restart cycle. I was hoping to update the firmware but I cant seem to find the facility in the app. Should it prompt me if updates are available?
