GoPro9 nimmt nicht mit Sprachbefehl auf

Wenn die Kamera ausgeschaltet ist, kann man mit keinem Sprachbefehl keine Aufnahme starten. Was mache ich falsch?

Hello @kluetti. Please make sure that you have "Wake on Voice" enabled in the camera's settings. 

 

If it is already activated, be sure to use the correct Voice Commands in the camera.

 

If the problem persists, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

 
Additionally, performing a factory reset in the camera may help.

Hello,

"Wake on Voice" is already enabled in the camera's settings.

I use the correct Voice Commands in the camera. I can switch on the camera by voice command when it is switched off, but I cannot start recording when the camera is off.

Unfortunately, none of the proposals have so far led to the elimination of the problem. Support is unfortunately not available. Multiple calls and enquiries have not resulted in a callback. Too bad GoPro

Hi @kluetti

 

We see that Support has tried to reach out a couple of times but was not able to get through.

Please check the information entered especially the callback number.

Also, make sure that there are no settings on your phone that would prevent it from receiving calls especially from unknown or toll-free numbers.

 

If it's still the same, try initiating a chat session instead.
