GoPro7 not detected by Quik

hi,

as you will see in attached picture goPro is detected by windows but not by Quik

Any ideas what to do?

I have uninstalled it already and installed again.

I am using same GoPro on other windows device and is working good.

Computer: Dell XPS 13 9370 Windows 10

This is caused by the USB drivers on your PC not being installed properly.  You will need to follow the steps here to resolve the issue.

thanks for reply. I did as described uninstalled all USB controllers, and restart and they did reinstall, but the problem remains.

Please open your computer's Device Manager then Find GoPro and select "Disable" then "Enable".

Hi, it didnt solve an issue

it is shown as a MTP USB device

What you mean if I did reboot the computer? I had to reboot it in order for drivers to get installed again. Or you mean reboot after reboot?

Why I need to contact support, i think here is better, as others can find solution as well, and in support usualy I get some generic replys(copy paste)
