GoPro support blows
[ New ]I’m a plus member who is trying to cancel my membership. Firstly, your app has some major problems, second - and this is key - it’s almost impossible to cancel your plus membership. It’s costing me $5 per month to deal with this BS.. GoPro account services has fixed my account (which is auto billed) so that it shows I’m past due - even though the money leaves my bank account each month. When your account appears to be “past due” it locks the “cancel subscription” button so you can’t cancel. Pretty ingenious, right?
You might think so. I’m at the point now where I know that any excuses from GoPro written below are a nonsensical waste of our time. Great cameras though!
