I was just wondering what are the best settings for daylight environments like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DizokCz0MJw&t
But also flying at night, for the following cameras.
GoPro 4 Black
GoPro 5 Black
GoPro 6 Black

@pilotrobbie - The settings are going to depend on individual preferences. Personally, I like to shoot in 2.7K at either 30 or 60 frames per second in Linear mode. Also, there are some nice third-party filters out there that can help filter out your prop. I met the team at NFlightCam at EAA last summer and have heard really good feedback on their filters.

Where we sit on a pass plane and if how clean the inside as well outside we can only hope for a good shot. higher the res the better. also remember there may be a prism of color due to a polarization. I shot day to night I left my cam as is on HD1080P@6oF Linear. auto Light on. just capturing Infinity was good enough. I used glare filters and that caused me that issue if asked.

I record in 4K30 with protune with all 4 cameras. Any recommended settings for both of these apart from ISO MAX 800? I want to make a list for both types of flights. Settings in daylight and settings in night flights. I mean I understand it's not going to be the best but as long as you can see the lights of the instruments, the runway lights and me inside with the dome light on me.

The daylight settings I have seem fine. Needs a bit more colour I'd say.
I've not tried the cameras at night, but presuming protune ISO 100 and ISO MAX 800. What kelvin would you use for 4K30?
