GoPro session is not working.

[ New ]
My GoPro session worked just fine. Then when I exposed it to water it started to suck. The video is choppy, the video looks like 240p when it says it’s recording at 1080p. The video just looks terrible is there a place I can send it to be fixed?

It's possible that there is water damage. In that case, the best option would be to connect with our Support team directly at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs. However, the issues you're describing also sound like there could be issues with either the SD card or with the device you're playing the videos back on. If you can, try a different SD card and see if that helps. Also, try playing the videos on your computer and/or phone to see if there is a difference depending on the device.

Our Support team can help do additional troubleshooting too. Thanks.
