GoPro screen went black, backlight on [ New ]

I have power and the ability to take pictures and videos, but the back screen is out. It has a backlight but no options to select.

Becomes pritty common fill the gopro form for a  call or chat and  see what htey can do?  cable disconnected or   who knows only goprp will know
