GoPro return

Hi guys,

 

I need to return my GoPro Black 7 but not sure exactly what do I need to put in the box. The reason why I'm asking this is because I know sometimes there is an issue when it comes to batteries. 

Any help would be appreciated!

A Full Return  for a full refund.  exactly how you recieved it

 

A RMA for a camera exchange JUST the Camera.

 

 you are to  tell the postal services if Lithiums are there. they will makr it safely.   

 

A RMA for a warranty only again thecamera no other  things at all.

@fishycomics Thanks for your quick reply. Have absolutely everything as I only had the camera for a week and was sent a UPS label so I'm guessing they will apply the correct warning labels on package.

Hi @robertrim,

 

If you purchased your camera on GoPro's website just contact GoPro Customer Support and they will give you a pre-paid shipping label. 

Just return all the items you want to return or as listed on the RMA document. 

 

If this is a replacement make sure to send the camera only. 

GoPro will not replace battery if you accidentally included the battery on your package.

A RMA has been created for me and have generated a UPS shipping label and 2 Commercial Invoices but there was no separate email . On the first RMA email which was telling me I should receive another one with instructions and all requested items all I've got is 

Product Name SKU # Quantity

HERO7 BLACK, ROW CHDHX-701-RW

1 Misc. Shipping Charges XFRT-001 1
which I'm not sure what it means to be honest. This is my case number if it helps 07177084

Hi @robertrim,

 

Got it. 

Looks like you already have all the documents needed.

Just send your camera together with all accessories that came with it.

 

Make sure to include the RMA document inside the box.

It is the one that has:
 

"HERO7 BLACK, ROW CHDHX-701-RW

1 Misc. Shipping Charges XFRT-001 1"

Then take it to the nearest UPS store. 

 

You may also contact customer support for clarification or instruction since we cannot check that case number.
