GoPro photos blurry and video not looking very good either. Hero 8 Black

Hi. My GoPro photos are not looking great. They are all blurry and I am not sure if my video is supposed to like the way it does.

Indoor needs lighting. 1/2.3rd sensor.

And you have to respect minimal focus distance to get sharpen image. GoPro is designed to capture scenes, not for macro.

You're shooting in a dark indoor environment with low light and not using a custom settings.  So you'll see both dark grainy photo's and blurry grainy video as a result.

Even on bright days, if I'm shooting indoors, I'll use a light attached to the Gimbal or selfie stick to get a better picture.  This is probably why the forthcoming media mod actually has this as an option.

Also I've found that in indoor lighting, Superphoto works much better than HDR.

What settings should I use?

What was just said you do not need a light to t ake shots like this, simply set and go. want to know the settings. I'll look later.
