I ordered a GoPro Hero 8 on 20th November via the tradeup offer and sent the trade up camera on 25th November which was received on 27th November in Netherlands. The offer said I'd the camera would be shipped within 14 days but I still haven't receieved any update on this and it is listed as pending. No money has been collected either. Can you let me know if this has been shipped as it is a xmas present and I'd prefer not to cancel the order. Thanks
