GoPro microsd 128gb problem

I have the Hero5 and ti seems some 128gb cards are not accepted. Despite having the required speeds to record:

I can only record some FPS with 1080p:

1080p 60FPS = Records

1080p 80FPS = Records with glitches

1080p 100FPS = Records with more glitches

1080p 120FPS = Records wit way more glitches (Attached is a picture)

Is the 128gb card the problem? to fix this, should I get a 64gb one? just the ones advertised on GoPro (Link) or any 64gb class 100 would work (Ultra? Extreme?)

@nicolasriquelme - We do have two 128GB cards on our recommended list. Are you using one of those cards?

Re: GoPro microsd 128gb problem

There is really little need for a 128 GB card in a GoPro so unless you really need that much storage, use 32-64GB. You shouldn't use your card to store data and should offload your photos/videos after each shoot. Also, be sure to format your card periodically.

Sometimes when I travel, I really need to go long with a card. I guess it would be better to have two 64gb.

No, it's another. Does any 64gb card works, as long as it is class10?
