GoPro max red light [ New ]

Hi

i have a GoPro max and the red lights stays on, and screen is off

tried took off battery, SD card; erase SD card, but it still doesn't work 

once i put the battery inside, even without touching any button, the red light is turning on

Hello, @ludon54. We recommend doing a manual firmware update, followed by a factory reset to get rid of any possible error with the current installation. To do this, follow the steps under Manual Update here. Make sure that the camera battery is fully charged and that the SD card is formatted prior to the update.

i can't update it because the screen is staying off, so i can't do anything on the camera
