GoPro is aware of:

50 plus emails. each email answered at 3 days per, totals up to the 5 months , owning hte camera over  6 months. to hear we are aware of..

 

I hope goprpro is aware of ....  foes not cut an answer. I'll get over it as I am aware of.

I honestly don't know.

 

Being aware of something and coming up with a viable solution that has minimal impact on other systems and keeps the current roadmap of product development and release is usually a pretty daunting task and not only requires development but also extensive testing.  Even when it appears to the end user to be a, "simple fix". I've dealt with project and product management and used to design, develop, and troubleshoot software.  Nothing is simple, nor is it quick.  Quick fixes lead to major issues.

Ha ha ha   I post right away and this is what gopro says in three days after 50 emails back and fourth....

Thanks for the clarification @fishycomics. Sounds like I was correct on all accounts.  I figured it must have something to do with an issue GoPro is working on. I guess the other 49 emails were Support having you try different settings, or was it just miss-communication going back and forth?  I've emailed the Support Team a few times, usually to get clarification but a few times when I had an issue.  They have always been pretty prompt and courteous.  Since your usually not corresponding with the engineers themselves (at least I hope not, 50 emails from just one person back and forth, I'd be surprised if they ever got anything done!) I'm sure most of the initial responses are pretty generic and cover things you've already tried.

 

BTW: I saw a video the other day regarding nightvision light for GoPro https://www.amazon.com/Nightvision-made-easy-Infrared-light/dp/B01JQTY5EW/ref=sr_1_49?ie=UTF8&qid=14... Is that you FISH?  I've seen a lot of your other videos and have read may of your post on goprofanatics.  How do you have the time?
