The staff at GoPro weren’t of any help, when I told him I i got it on a sale.he wasn’t willing to give me any kind of support. That was an awful experience with a company on great standards.can someone help me with this.or has this to go in the bin..

Do you still have the case number from the last time you reach out to our Support Team?
For the HERO7 White, there should be a red LED light to indicate that the camera is charging.
How are you charging the camera, is it via USB adapter or through a computer?
For reference, charging output requirements: 5V 1-2A
Ensure that the camera & "Connections" are powered off. Connect the USB cable to the wall adapter and camera; red LEDs should illuminate on the front, rear and bottom of the camera to indicate charging. Once the LEDs turn off, the camera is fully charged.

Sorry I don’t have a case no. That’s ok. The person must of had a bad day at work or home.
