I have called today gopro customer service an I get the answer like this “ we are sorry about this issue but unfortunately the warehouse didn’t received your delivery address “ lol
That is really sad to hear. Anyway i confirmed again my address and i was expected to be dispatched today but it didn’t happened. My next question tomorrow will be “why are you saying that every order before 3PM it will be dispatched on the same day?” but they cannot send my gopro after 2 days since I’ve order it.

Hopefully, your package gets shipped out soon. It would be best to continue working with Support regarding this matter. The representative who assisted you will be able to provide you timely updates. If you would like to check back, you can use the reference case number that you have been given to hasten the process of pulling up records.

I cannot believe that my camera is not going to be dispatched today unfortunately after 3 days since i made the order. Worst customer service that i ever saw. Big name but the customer service is worst than anything. Thx GoPro.
