GoPro has been 'Held in Warehouse' for 5 weeks.

Hi there,

 

I purchased my GoPro on the 13th of January 2021. It was shipped the next day but has been 'Held in Warehouse' since the 22nd of January 2021. 

 

What is going on?

Cancel it.. You dont want this piece of junk anyway.. Buy anything else..

Hello, @adeptboost3015. It would be best to get in touch with our Support team so they can look into the most recent status of the shipment through UPS. 

 

To connect with them, visit https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Once there, select "Contact Us" and proceed with either chat or a callback request. Be sure to put in your best contact number.

they need to stop using UPS too, UPS sucks hard

Hi there, 

 

I contacted them and they were extremely helpful. They had UPS get in contact with me within 24hrs to resolve the issue with my countries customs agency.
