The GoPro Hero5, GoPro Hero6, Nikon KeyMission 360 also does not break after the first fall, even without the housings.
Now even the phones do not break after falling from a height of 1 meter.

If you don't care about video quality or stitching lines, the Nikon KeyMission 360 might be a better choice for you. Hero5/6 and phones are not even in the same category so it's pointless to compare them. The only reason the HeroHD - Hero4 cameras came into the discussion was due to your ridiculous insistence that the Fusion is an action camera, and as such should not be susceptible to breaking. Since the Original Hero HD pretty much defined the action camera market, it's noteworthy that the Hero HD - Hero4 were very susceptible to damage OUTSIDE of their protective housings. As of this time, Fusion does not have a protective housing. The lens are clearly exposed. On ALL cameras, the lens is the most vulnerable part of the camera. You can expect the lens to withstand damage from impact. It's highly polished glass! How is that hard to understand?

«On ALL cameras, the lens is the most vulnerable part of the camera.» - it’s not true.
If you have not actively used all the cameras, don’t write such a lie!
I gave an example of the Nikon KeyMission 360 as I also used it actively, and it also fell ( 2 meters high) on a solid surface. And I can confidently say that the Nikon KeyMission 360 lens wasn’t damaged and the camera remained ok for future use without any consequences. But I can’t say say about the GoPro fusion, which crashed under a lot of delicate conditions.
Unfortunately, the quality of the video in the Nikon KeyMission 360 camera is very bad, which became the reason for the purchase of GoPro fusion.
The GoPro fusion has a very good 360 video what is great for me, but unfortunately the camera is very fragile.
In my country program "With GoPro Care or GoPro Plus" is not provided by GoPro, so I can not replace the camera with these programs!
I am ready to pay for repairs at the official service center certified by GoPro, but unfortunately so far none of the official representatives has provided information on how much it costs and where it can be done!
GoPro has launched a frankly fragile camera, and even doesn’t give the opportunity to replace it with a guarantee, or to repair it for money.
I will be very grateful if the company still replaces the broken camera. I have a video that the situation happened in the first two months after the purchase, and moreover, the fall occurred accidentally, at a height of 1 meter and it wasn’t my fault.
Also, if the company replaces the camera, I'm ready to offer GoPro to use for advertising purposes my very interesting extreme video shot on GoPro fusion for free.
I am waiting for the official answer or suggestions from the official representatives of GoPro whether here in the comment, or on my mail.
Non-official representatives of GoPro I ask no longer comment this post!
Thank you.

To reach the GoPro Support Team you can do so here

The lens is the most vulnerable part of ALL cameras. Your comment about the Nikon KeyMission 360 doesn't invalidate this statement.
Perhaps insurance is not available in your country (it doesn't have to be through GoPro) but if this is true, then you should have been even more careful with a camera that has exposed lenses. Perhaps even careful enough to decide that the activity you wanted to use it for might not be appropriate or worth the risk. If you weren't able to figure this out by looking at the camera, did you bother to read the manual? It's spelled out pretty clearly that the lenses are susceptible to damage.
I get it. You are very disappointed that you broke your camera. It's not cheap and I'm sure you were very excited to use it. It's an amazing camera and to have it break must have been devastating. Problem is, your entire approach generates very little sympathy. You continue to take absolutely no responsibility and make outlandish and inflammatory comments.
Best of luck to you, but stop trying to blame GoPro for your mistake.

Hi @yevhenk381,
Like @danielr15 stated this is only a Community Hub and not GoPro Support. In order to look at any potential warranty options you will need to get in touch with our Support Team directly.
You can get in touch by Phone or Chat and our Team will see what they can do in this situation. Keep in mind that impact damage is not something that is covered under warranty but our Team may be able to help you out in some way.
