Hello @weisserb. Thank you for the feedback. Sorry to hear about your experience. We see that the case has already been attended to by a supervisor. To verify, were you supposed to be returning all three cameras for refund? We do see one that is for replacement, and the replacement camera is set to be delivered, including a complete package of courtesy mounts. If this is the case, please let us know how it works out with the replacement camera. We would like to make sure that the issue is taken care of, specially after your multiple interactions with Support.
