GoPro claim

Hi! A month ago I purchased a brand new gopro black hero 8 in best buy located in New York. I came back to Denmark, where I live and I started having a lot of problems with my camera. I can’t even use it! It’s slow, software crashes and screen stops working. I may have used it just once or twice. Please help! The memory card it’s the one made for gopro hero 8, and I already updated the software thinking otmay have been because of that but it’s still not working! I’ve charged it fully before going to Spain this week and once I tried to turn it on, it was dead. It didn’t even show a light or anything.

Have you tried reinstalling the firmware of your camera?
