Even though there is a previous thread with this topic stating the the problem is "solved," the thread doesn't actually have any pertinent information with the steps required to solve the problem. They added a post with a link to the "Original 'Solved' Thread" and it's a mobious loop, which only brings you straight back to the exact same thread when you click on the link.
Can someone please post the specific (detailed) resolution for getting the GoPro webcam application working with MS Teams on a Mac and a Windows machine?
