@stoutdusk77657, sorry to hear about the trouble connecting to our Support team. You may try changing the location and language to "United States, English" on the webpage. The hours of operation will also be posted on the page.

Finally spoke to someone who knew the score after getting fobbed off by one member of staff...

 

..."Sorry for your troubles, in effect - the trade up scheme is a mess and isn't working. So you'll never get a camera that way. Here is a 25% off code - pop it in and well sell you a camera at 25% less RRP - and you keep your trade up."

 

Done, 4 days later, camera in my possession.

 

Trade Up is basically, a farce. Sorted now though.

Thank you for the update, @stoutdusk77657. Good to know that you got a new camera already. 

 

There has been some issues with the ordering system that caused delays in the Trade Up program process recently. Our team is already working to get this resolved. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, it would be best to get in touch with Support to check on order status.
