GoPro UPS trade up shipping label not received

I ordered a Hero 7 Black last night (7pm roughly UK). No emails, from anyone (UPS or GoPro).

 

Do I need to wait longer or has this failed?

You might have to wait until Monday for it to process. However, this is a member to member support community, and we don't have access to any of GoPro's info. You should reach out to their Support Team. You can do so here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

When Ordering Trade up the label  will come in hte Next Email.  and that will be  the next Business day to a few, call or chat you got an order number  and they can look into it.  Since you ordered  at  operating hours  or after hours , that will make a difference.

 

 also check the junk box, never know

 

A Moderator can tag the Order and  they'll   get that going.

So, ordered one on Friday last week, still ZERO contact and the Twitter help was/is non existant.

 

Re-did the order 72 hours ago, still nothing now. The orders show too when I log in to my "Account". GoPro have no intention of selling me one - so balls to them.

 

Tried the chat help - never connects (Says all agents busy continually). Tried ringing, 20 mins waiting - hell no.

 

Ultra poor. Garbage.

Sorry to hear about the experience, @stoutdusk77657. We see your order in the system. However, we do not have direct access to it to be able to send a return label. It would be best to get in touch with Support for further assistance. Best as well to contact them within hours of operation. As stated, the chat system is always showing "No agents available" and the phone system has twice now had me on hold for too long.

 

Pointless system and now just want it cancelling as I won't have it now for my holiday.

 

Really unimpressed.
