GoPro - TradeUp

Bonjour,

J'ai commandé via TradeUp une GoPro Hero Silver le 14/08/2019 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le mail contenant le bon UPS afin de renvoyer ma caméra. J'ai bien vérifié que le mail n'était pas arrivé dans la boite de spam.

Est-il possible de renvoyer ce mail, ou comment je peux faire pour recevoir le bon UPS ?
