GoPro Session

I'm trying to connect via GoPro App but it doesn't take my password, can't connect to the camera.

Please help... i have reseted my account password a few times but it does not allow me to connect to my camera. i'm trying to remote control it via App.

Hi @cube123dg

 

Please try resetting the connection.
Press and hold the image of the camera on the app, delete the entry from your camera history. 
Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro.

 

If it's still the same, please go over the steps on https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Troubleshooting-GoPro-App-Connectivity-Issues/ta-p/392964
