GoPro Session damaged

Hi,

I recently dropped my GoPro Session (oops). I have replaced the cracked screen and dispite a few scratches - amazingly it still records. However, the recordings all have a blue tint (a bit like turning the warmth filter setting down). The camera will also no longer sync the camera to the mobile app. When I select 'App' on the device - it does nothing. But all of the other menu functions are working? So I have to remove the SD card to reveiw the video. The camera will also turn itself off and on again repeatidly.

I am not sure if I can do a full device reset to clear some of these issue (I can only reset the WiFi at the minute) or if the camera has completey had it? The camera is 18 months old so out of warranty.

Any advice would be great thanks.

Re: GoPro Session damaged

Hi @lexsped,

I am sorry to hear about that camera. They are definitely able to take a beating but sometimes they may not be able to come back.

I would recommend trying to manually update that camera: https://gopro.com/update/hero_session

If that doesn't work our Support Team may be able to help!

Best,
