GoPro Max Exporter download problem [ New ]

Good day, I currently cannot download any app from the microsoft store and as such i cannot download gopromax exporter. I cannot convert my recent 360 videos. Do you have any other means of downloading the application. Or can you send it to me via email instead? thank you so much.

Hey there, got the same problem now. How did you fix it?

@moritzp56, run any Windows OS update available on your computer. Also, make sure that all drivers are updated to their latest version. Have you tried the link for GoPro Exporter provided by mariustanya? Are you getting an error message upon download?
