GoPro Max Doesn't turn ON [ New ]

I got a Hero max 2 months ago with subscription package. It worked wonderfully until today. It refuses to turn ON, charged for 10 hours, removed and replaced batteries, tried all solutions, but no life. 

I got the subscription package which said free replacements, i dont see a link to replace it. Can someone help?
