If I reset the Hero and start again it works, but as soon as I setup the upload settings, it stops again. Is this a hardware issue on the Hero or a firmware/software problem?
Any help would be great, I’ve tried contacting GoPro via phone, online chat and twitter and I get nothing. Really wish I had just bought a cheap copy at the moment. Dreadful customer service, well no customer service to be blunt.

Please make sure that the connection settings or wireless is on on your camera and bluetooth is turned on as well.
Please also verify if your gopro plus subscription is active.
