GoPro Hero5 Under Warranty Replacement Period

Hello, I would like to ask how long would it take for my replacement to be approved? I was told to wait for 2-3 business days but today is the fourth day and I haven't hear anything from GoPro. Can please help me with this?

As much as we would like to help but we do not have access to order details. Our Support team will be able to help you best on this matter. If you have been given a case number from your last interaction, you can use it as reference when you contact  them back for a follow up.
