GoPro Hero5 Session can't connect to App

I did followed all the procedures, the camera even connect it self.. but seconds later even before showing the image preview it's wifi disappear i can't find it with anydevice and remaking the procedure only gets me to the same problem. I've tried both updating the firmware and reinstalling it by SD card. May it be a hardware problem? It's brand new and the connection only worked on the first day.
